Can I use a proposal I already have?
Yes. Send the PDF you already send to clients and it comes back as a Nepfy page — your sections, your prices, exactly as written. You finish it in the editor.
How does the PDF import work?
Your browser reads the text of the file — nothing is uploaded — and the AI writes the proposal from it, with your numbers left untouched. Each import uses one AI generation from your plan.
Does my client need an account?
No. They open the link, read on any screen and accept or request changes right there — no sign-up, no download.
How does my client get the proposal?
You publish it and share the link — from Nepfy by email, or from wherever you already talk. You can protect it with a password and set a date when the link stops opening.
Can I see who opened it?
Yes. Every open, how far they read and when they reached the price show up in your activity feed. Turn on notifications and you get an email on every open.
How does acceptance work?
The client clicks Accept, picks a plan if you offered more than one, types or draws their signature and confirms. You're notified right away and the acceptance is recorded on the proposal.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, from billing settings — you see what's charged now and what the next charge will be before you confirm.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes, from billing settings. No cancellation fee, and you keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for.
